Information we collect

When you contact us or request a booking, we collect the information needed to respond and operate the experience, including your name, email, phone number, preferred date, group size and any details you choose to share.

How we use it

We use your details to check availability, manage your booking, provide payment and tour information, support your experience and meet legal or invoicing obligations.

Service providers

Where configured, Peter's Tours uses trusted providers for database hosting, email delivery, secure payment processing and website analytics. These providers process only the data required for their service.

Photos and guest portal

Tour photographs are placed in a private gallery shared by guests touring on the same date and remain available for approximately seven days. Permission to appear in those photographs is optional and may be declined in the booking request. Guests should download any photographs they wish to keep during that period.

Your rights

Under applicable GDPR rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. Email geral@petertours.pt to exercise these rights.
